She is on time, never forgot about me. She cares about your progress and gives tips for after and before workouts (what to eat, how to help your sore muscles). "I do want to recognize Kaitlyn Bailey for her tremendous work over the last two months. Kaitlyn has a gift for working with clients, like myself, who start their journey at the lowest fitness level. She has worked with me to modify exercises when needed, while still pushing me a little past my comfort zone with each visit. An example - two months ago, I started doing squats by sitting down & up on a bench. Later, I would squat by leaning against a balance ball and rolling it up and down a wall. "My experience with Bodies has been great! I am a “cardio fool” and have been for a long time. I love to be pushed and challenged with training for races but was looking for a new experience and challenge with weight training instead of just cardio!! That is why I came to Bodies. "I love the Bodies Personal Training experience. The trainers are nice, friendly, like to joke around with you and make you feel comfortable and want to see you succeed. I heard about Bodies from a Living Social deal. Since it isn’t far from where I live, I thought I’d try it out, fully expecting to probably not go back. However, I have been back every week for about 3 months now! That says a lot in itself. I love Bodies because it is a more personal experience. You work one on one with your trainer, or with a small group so you always have someone watching you and helping you work out in the correct positions. They also hold you accountable whereas a regular gym allows you to “cheat” because no one is helping you, and therefore you may not achieve your goals. The trainers are also there to motivate you when you think you can do no more. Did I also mention how much fun it is to have someone you can banter back and forth with?! What keeps me motivated? I must say, it definitely helps when your trainer is easy on the eyes! Sean also pushes me but still understands my limits as well. He is positive and encouraging to all of his clients, which I know works for me. I do not respond well to someone yelling or talking me down because they think that will push me to work harder. It does not work. Since beginning training with Sean, I have noticed my thighs and backside really toning up. :) I have lost several inches and clothes are now starting to have some more room in them. A smaller pant size will be needed soon! Advice I would give to someone thinking about going to Bodies would be to give it a shot and go from there. Although it can be more expensive than attending a regular gym, you can easily reap more benefits in a shorter amount of time and develop a fantastic support system. I would definitely refer a friend to Bodies Personal Training! I have mentioned it on Facebook several times so I am definitely promoting Bodies! Also, I have noticed several recent changes – the retail area, the newly painted lockers and freshly painted walls. Keep it up! You guys rock! "

"I learned about Bodies through Living Social (great marketing tool, Brad and Jen!). I've been with Bodies since the end of Februrary 2012. I'm really pleased with my experience at Bodies. I've always been a little reluctant to try a personal trainer for fear of being screamed at by some jerk trainer. I'm not sure where I got that idea, but it's definitely NOT like that at Bodies. Sean is very encouraging and even though I work my butt off (literally), I have fun with him and the other clients. The other trainers are super nice, and Brad always greets me by name when I'm there, so I always feel welcomed. Even after long days at work, I look forward to going. I've never had a trainer before, but compared to other gyms, I think Bodies is more laid back. The trainers mean business, but I don't have to fight for a piece of equipment and I don't feel like anyone's judging me or trying to show off. It's a positive environment, and I have the guidance and expertise from my trainer to get the most out of my workout and to hit every part of my body. Quit making excuses and just try it. You have nothing to lose, except maybe a few pounds and inches. If you're worried about the expense of a trainer, take the money you're spending on fast food, premium cable channels and gaming apps and apply it towards a trainer (at Bodies, of course). It's an investment in your health, and it's so worth it to have the attention of a personal trainer to help you meet your goals. Maybe this will sound a kind of vain, but my motivation comes from seeing my body change and getting compliments from my friends and family. Hearing, "Wow! You are really looking great, Lisa!" makes the sweat and the soreness all worth it. Muscles! I have them! I'm really starting to notice some definition in my arms, legs and back. I'm not bulking up, but the fat is going away and the muscles are starting to emerge. I've also lost 10 pounds and about 15 inches at my weigh in and measurements about a month ago (according to my scale at home, I've lost another 2 pounds since then!). My waist is smaller, my clothes are looser, and I've been getting all kinds of compliments, too! I workout outside of Bodies, but I've definitely seen a change in my shape and muscle tone since I started working with Sean. Sean is great! I tell anyone who asks what I've been doing to get in shape and lose weight that I workout at home, I've changed my eating habits and I go to Bodies. I have to be honest, though: I haven't actually told anyone, "you should call them, here's their number" - not because I don't think they'd have the same success as I have, but more because I'm stingy with my secret weapon. Sorry guys! I'm working through my issues with sharing. Despite my selfishness, I did encourage my husband to start going to Bodies. I don't know if he actually listened to me or if he decided to go because I'm looking so good and he realized he has to step his game up! :D"

"Bodies gave me the motivation to finally get my butt in gear, because even though I knew what kind of cardio and resistance training exercises I would benefit from, I never did them. They provide great work outs, progressive home training programs, nutritional advice, and gave me information about my "baseline" so I can see improvements along the way. "All I can say is just do it! I wasn't ready to start any of kind of exercise program, but I knew I had to do something. I also knew that it would have been easy for me to join a gym but I knew I would have never gone. I need that accountability and Bodies Trainers were the ones for me. They are AWESOME!!
